This release has the following changes:

• actions can now be assigned to a project directly from the action's tiddler menu; if the action belonged to a project already, it is removed from that project first, and then appended to the destination project

• in addition to the default "important" tag for projects, you can now specify an arbitrary list of tags in the Configuration that affect the sort order of projects and project actions

• action lists now display action titles in two different styles, depending on whether the action has any text content in it; by default, empty action tiddlers (CSS class gtdActionWithoutContent) are displayed in normal text weight, and actions with content (CSS class gtdActionWithContent) are displayed in bold

• newly-added contexts immediately appear in action context picker instead of needing a document reload
