When double clicking on artwork, bring iTunes forward ignoring other apps

• Fixed double-click on album artwork not revealing the track in iTunes

• When scrolling to adjust rating, do it by half-stars if half-star ratings are enabled

• Fixed not starting as the left-most menu bar status item after a reboot
