Interarchy 8.5.4 is primarily a maintenance release. It addresses a few minor issues with Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard.

Interarchy 8.5.3 is a maintenance release that adds the following bug fixes and enhancements:

• Interarchy will once again retrieve the ftp proxy username and password from the System Keychain.
• Restored the Download menu item that was accidently removed from Interarchy 8.5.
• Fixed a crash that may occur if an AppleScript file in the Scripts folder does not have a valid filename extension.
• Fixed a crash that may occur when closing the Bookmarks window while a Net Disk is syncing.

• Integration with the Terminal via the "Open in Terminal" command:
  • Drop into a remote ssh terminal session for the current folder.
  • Accessible via the Listing menu, Listing Window contextual menu or the "Open in Terminal" toolbar item.
• Improved Get Info window:
  • The Get Info window can now be opened in Inspector mode.
  • It is now possible to calculate the size of folders.
• Added a Scripts menu:
  • Lets you easily access scripts you have written for use with Interarchy.
  • Allows you to easily open Interarchy's scripting dictionary in your script editor or just open the script editor.
  • Can start and stop AppleScript recording to create your own scripts.
  • Items in the Script menu are displayed in alphabetical order by default. You can override this behavior by including any two characters followed by a right parenthesis at the beginning of their name.
  • You can insert a separator by creating a folder whose name ends with "=***".
• Can now create toolbar items from AppleScripts.
• Added a Dock menu:
  • Connect to Server...
  • Bookmarks
  • Bonjour
  • History
  • Scripts
  • Interarchy comes to front when making a selection from the Dock menu. You can override this behavior by holding down shift key.
• You can now chain file converters together. For example you could chain the Backup and gzip converters ("Backup, gzip") to have your uploaded files encoded using Backup and then compressed using gzip.
• Updated date and time handling code:
  • All dates are now 64-bit floats.
  • Much improved handling of time zone changes, daylight savings etc.
  • Better support for translations.
• If you don't have the toolbar visible or have removed the address field it is difficult to change your working path quickly. Added a "Go to Folder..." sheet to improve this.
• Improved support for resolution independence.
• Interarchy is much better at dealing with ssh host key changes.
• Can now drag & drop a file/folder from a listing window onto a list bookmark in the Bookmarks

Interarchy 8.2.2 resolves a problem with Microsoft FTP servers.

• Added support the ignored xattr for folders when mirroring.
• Fixed a crash on Mac OS X 10.3.9 (missing getxattr) when mirroring.
• Fixed the too many open files issue that may arise when using File Converters.
• Improved the way File Converters handle errors.
• Fixed a problem that could cause transfer notification sounds to stop playing.
• Fixed a possible crash on quit while discarding a transfer.
• Fixed a possible crash when selecting an upload item from the History menu.
• Fixed a possible crash when running the Network Status Widget.
• Some minor changes to the German translation.
• Fixed a problem with the "Connect to Server..." retrieving the wrong username/password from the Keychain.
• Fixed a problem with the Retry menu item in Transfer Progress Window being inactive.
• Fixed some auto complete popup issues if you type characters and then tab quickly.
• Fixed an issue that could result in newly created Net Disks having the wrong name.
