Here is a short list of some new features

Currency exchange support. You can convert the currency on the fly. Ideal for people selling their products across the globe.

Ability to ask for currency exchange rates on the fly using the internet.

Custom salutations. You can setup an individual form of address for each customer. Ideal if you don't want to generate formal invoices to your friends.

Inventory control. You can add suppliers and add items to your store. Invoice 3 will warn you if you try to generate an invoice with line items which you don't have in your store. If don't need an inventory control you can disable this feature.

Multiple stores. With Invoice 2 you can only manage one store. With Invoice 3 you can add and remove unlimited stores. Each store is a separate database bundle.

New layout designer. Create you own layouts with the power of the new layout designer engine. Now you can add shapes and dynamic fields very easily.

Partial payments. Your customer does not pay you at once? No problem. Partial payments are now supported.

Reminders. Manage reminders about unpaid invoices.

Custom properties. If the existent fields like customer name, project website are not sufficient for you, you can easily add you own properties. Extend the database for you requirements.

Watching for overdue invoices. Configure smart folders for overdue invoices.

PDF Export. You can export all selected invoices/quotations to a folder in PDF format.
