* Increased memory cache size for some speed improvement.

- Upgrade SQLite to version 3.3.9.

- Make the SQLite library into a universal binary instead of separate libraries for Intel and PPC. This doesn't make any difference in functionality, but it does make the application 1 MB smaller.

- Change the SQL export to have the same database structure as the internal MailSteward database structure.

- Fix bug that caused some binary attachments to get put into the attachText field in the email table. This bug didn't hurt anything, but it did waste a little bit of space in the database file.

- Sort Category Tags alphabetically in the drop-down menus.
