Fixed bug where miniaturizing a window while it was fading in would disrupt the fade sequence and leave the window half-visible.
Added a little thing for donors. If you donate $9.99 or more, you can get a custom name tag colour (for the Tab names) and a custom contact list message. I don't have a UI in place for this yet, but I'll contact donors regarding it. This offer is not available for donors who gave prior to this update.

- Fixed issue where localized weather would not display for users in the United Kingdom.
- Fixed buffer overflow in colour code change handler.
- Fixed auto-colorization of input text not being performed (text fields are inited with coders instead of frames, apparently.)
- Added "cloudy" weather effect. This effect is fog with clouds slowly drifting across the top of the game view.
- Added "lightning" weather effect. This effect is thunder (yes!), lightning, and hard rain.
- Cleanup of map rendering code. The result is slightly slower than previous versions, but should work better on Leopard and other delightful cat-like products. (What?)
