Throw out VBRI frames from the input file. They aren't actually audio data and the information wasn't saved anyway, so there's no reason to keep them.

Suppressed warnings created by -z when the error didn't affect anything. Also made -z warnings clearer.

Fixed an array overflow when using -z which showed up mainly for high-bitrate iTunes encodes.

Re-implemented full-directory packing and support for deleting files on a successful repacking. Included the -z option for brute-force Huffman table searching.

• Now prints out the the number of sync errors when using the -i mode, and prints sync/buffer errors if they occur in normal mode.

• Added the -w switch to throw out entire frames if only one granule has a buffer error. This mirrors what Foobar does upon encountering a broken frame.
