Added "Successfully Uploaded" dialog. Rewrote file upload system for files bigger than 1MB. Fixed bug with file names containing single and double quotes. Fixed bug with UTF-8 encoded filenames for non-US characters. Added some threading support to file uploading, will be expanded upon later. Fixed bug where icon badge didn't reset on quit/launch.
