Added Raw Encoding (aka No Encoding) to QuickTime encoding choices.

Added the ability to specify the capture frame rate.
Added an option that allows you to choose between better constant capture frame rate or better system performance.

Fixed a bug that would cause QuickTime encodings to crash occasionally, especially on PowerPC systems.

Other assorted fixes and cosmetic changes.
