• Common timings were not kept activated when SwitchResX was quit
• Better options to reset to factory when something is messed up after activating a bad resolution: you can reset all displays, even if you cannot boot from a messed one
• Corrects some bugs where reset to factory could remove the name of the display given by MacOS X itself
