Fixes reliability with external drive volumes

Improvements for folks downloading direct from sources other than the web site:

Added a help button linked to the web site so folks can get to the user guide and licensing info

Added a "Get A License" button on the "Enter License Code..." pop up panel which takes folks to the web site to request trial licenses or purchase a permanent license
