WebMail.app Universal Binary

Version: 1.0 || Release Date: 2006-07-12 || License: BSD License

A very handy WebKit based app that does one thing, anf one thing well: gmail. It's a no nonsense, super simple app that does what you want fast (unless you have my internet :( )
It launches and quite fast, so you don't have to keep it open all the time, and have it in the way. just launch when Gmail Notifier (http://osx.iusethis.com/app/gmailnotifier) tells you you've got mail.

I have just tried Gmail Browser, downloaded from the link in the previous post (by Beniamino). I must say it works very well. And it has a nice icon.

Great idea!! I enhanced it (well actually I started again) to deal with attachments. See http://willmore.eu/gmailbrowser

Here's a Gecko/XULRunner-based version:

This one has a better icon :)

Floppydisk, if you use Gmail via the free POP & SMTP as I mentioned, you can still access your email via webmail. You just have a better interface when you're at your computer.

I use Gmail instead of Mail, because I want to see my mail in diferrents computers (in the office, at my friend´s home...).

Why not just use Mail or another email client? Gmail supports POP & SMTP, for free. Encrypted, even.

Wow this is really a nice and easy way to solve that problem! First it's a pain to always have one tab for gmail open and second: the font size now is ideal for gmail.

I love it :-) Thank you!
