This Widget allows customers of Westnet to check their data usage for the month.

Features
* Graphical view of peak and offpeak data
* Bar indicating how far through the current usage period you are
* Amount of data used for peak and offpeak periods
* Amount of data remaining for peak and offpeak periods
* Amount of "free" data used
* Total data permitted for each period
* Option to change the colour of the graph depending on the amount of data downloaded
