1 Opinions:
Wings 3D is a fantastic tool for low and medium-poly modelling. It's also very, very good for teaching the basic concepts of 3D modelling. I find it makes a handy 3D toolkit of sorts, useful for cleaning and, to a limited extent, converting models from other programs.
There are some people who make render-quality models in Wings. These people either love a good challenge or are insane. :)
