An image browser with more features than Preview.app
Required OS: 10.7
I recommend you the icon set replacement for Xee made by Adam Betts: http://www.artofadambetts.com/weblog/?p=119
I totally agree with El Cravito. The app is good but becomes very "clumsy" when you open one single large file or more than 2 or 3 pictures. Besides that, I like it a lot, especially the fact that it does not display scrollbars when a pic doesn't fit the size of the windows (you can drag it): nice nice nice!
One thing: there's no "open recent" in the file menu!! Please add it!! :)

Very nice... and I like the animation controls (one of my biggest annoyances with Preview is that it doesn't play animations, though I like the frame display).
Noticeably better than other things like this that I've tried in many ways. I'm hanging on to this one!
I've just tried version 2.0b2 (Universal Binary).
It works well for a beta, but its still slower than Preview or JView to open a 4.1 megabyte JPEG picture.
I like the interface and the navigation, but it seems to me that this new version still needs some work to perform without glitches.
But it's on the right tracks!
Useful, best I've seen so far for image browsing. Look at message #385 for the 1st beta release of 2.0 within the discussion thread @ http://wakaba.c3.cx/sup/kareha.pl/1122405906/
In the preferences, after selecting which file formats to open with Xee, you can't then go back and deselect many of them.
I can't find v2.0. Where is it available?
I love the speed of this little app. It's better in interface design and performance than all the others I tried. Looks good too.
Best viewer ever!! It can cycle through folders!!!!!!!!!!
