I have been using this in a Microsoft Exchange shop and love it. Let me just say this, since buying this I haven't even had to install Entourage. Woohoo!
There is an alpha for Leopard compatibility (1.3.0_10.5_alpha). When you get 1.2 just ask John for the new beta and you're set.
