YokMap
YokMap is a tool designed to make it really easy to create and edit imagemaps, "clickable pictures", for use in web pages. It works harmlessly side-by-side with any HTML or XHTML editor. Differently from other editors, you don't need to keep track of any other files than the HTML page itself - jut open, edit save!
YokMap is easy to use, but still offers powerful features such as CERN and NCSA import and export, resizing multiple areas simultaneously, automatically loading images from a server when needed and having text encoding and HTML entities conversion to be done automatically in the background.

I had to create a click-through from the visuals of a site for a client, with an imagemap on each page page. It is one of the only tasks I would normally open Dreamweaver for ... but Dreamweaver wouldn't display the huge images (only a grey box to represent the image)! This app saved me from the hassle of readding coordinates out of Photoshop.
I like the "clickable" tag. Makes it stand out from any other application out there. :D
