Comment on Awaken

It has been 5 business days since my email to Embraceware for support on November 11. Other than the automated reply thanking me for my message, I have not received any response. Your website states that you respond to email support within 48 hrs.

On November 14, I sent a follow-up email regarding my case (#608) asking when I can expect a response. This time, I did not even get an automated reply.

This is a BIG disappointment. Especially since I chose to purchase Awaken over Aurora because I was impressed by your quick response to my questions during my decision making process.

I don't know what else to say except that it almost feels like an insult to have my email for support totally ignored. Kinda makes me lose enthusiasm for your product.
