It only does MD5, but it does them quite well.
I make hashes for collections of source audio/video files while archiving to DVD, and leave a copy of the md5 file on the disk for later. Stalls and hangs are something I watch out for in free processing/hashing/converting software, but it's never choked or hung, and I've thrown 2000×150MB, and 4×1GB files at it.
