I highly recommend to use this software. But, before you are going to click on "Clean" button, make sure you picked right selections. You cannot be on rush with that kind of software. It works and works great for me. I've cleaned about 2.5 Gigs on my MacBook.
My advice to developers is only one: Add "Size" column for the Applications, therefore we can see the size of apps and also make a decision whether to keep or no that application. Frequency of use of Applications (if that possible) also will be a very good option to have.
