I appreciate the effort put into some of the features and the interface design is very mac-like, but this still does not change the fact that it's a complex program.
I have spent countless minutes staring, clicking, wondering what to do next. The addition of some wizards to guide beginners through the process would be ideal. Like this: "1. How much money is in your bank account right now? Type it in. 2. How much is owing on your credit card right now? 3. Download last month's statement from your bank. 4. Import" and so on.
I can't find a way to export charts of your previous spending so you can visually track your spending.
Lastly, the last time I tried to import my iPhone data I got unhelpful error dialogs. Visiting the developer website just takes you to a lot of generic troubleshooting steps which leads me to believe they don't really understand all the conditions in which syncing can fail.
Luckily, I've bought a copy of Jumsoft's Money, so I'm going to give that a try.
