Logitech seem capable of doing quite nice hardware but this software on OSX is a rubbish.
A few days ago for first time since upgrading to 10.7 I tried to tweak the setup on my Harmony. In addition to what I already knew (poor non-native UI) I also discovered that:
a) the software is not supported and does not work on 10.7, had to resort to using Windows under Parallels :-( (despite the Harmony hardware being less than two years old and less than a year old when 10.7 was released)
b) somehow Logitech have managed to corrupted my device setup settings that were registered on their site. So I had the choice of contacting their support and waiting for them to figure how they could fix the account settings they had corrupted (if they could at all), or registering and entering all the information again.
I chose the later, I now have a working setup and have added a very large black mark against the Logitech brand when I am looking for new hardware in the future.
