psh bitnix - it's not about the existance of these tools - it's about the passwords. Such a login cracker is useless against strong passwords. Many of the protocols mentioned above need some good knowledge and understanding anyway, you're not done by just breaking the password. In conclusion, such tools make an easy part of an attack just easier and save you a little bit of work - i mean, a password cracker isn't that hard to program.
And spreading the word about such tools results is actually good: It forces the administrators to use or require the use of strong passwords etc.
If you leave your car unlocked (=weak passwords), you don't have to wonder why it's missing all of sudden.
