XAMPP is not as good as MAMP Pro. Been using it for a while and really like its simplicity.

I wish they'd update it to act more like a normal mac os x application (enable the close button to hide the window). Also, its lame that they hard coded all their paths to /Application/MAMP so you can move it where you want.

But overall its a nice interface and has been very useful for me as a PHP hater who needs to host an occasional application locally every once in a while.
