Are the PDFs generated by this tool different than the ones generated with the 'Save as PDF' command from the Print dialog box (the PDF standard is built into OS X allowing you to save as PDF from any application). You can turn on background printing to get the exact look of the page. The hyperlinks seem to still work as well. Granted the option of saving as one image is not built in.

@mile - In Safari go to Preferences > Advanced > and check Show Develop menu bar, then you can send the current page to Paparazzi. Also you can drag and drop the favicon of the current site from Safari's address bar to Paparazzi's dock icon and it'll pass the site to Paparazzi.
