It's still available via macupdate

Alternatively here is the direct download link

EDIT: sorry, scratch that....it looks like macupdate has removed it too (I could've sworn it worked earlier).

Anyway, it looks like this is not to be found anywhere any more. There is an alternative (fully supported) mine sweeper app in Cocoa called Mine Game. Customisable tile sets like this and also looks very nice and aqua like.

so far this is the best app to do multisession for dvds and now with 1.2 you can use dvd-rw also instead of just dvd+rw. this is great. thanks to the developer!

do you have the source code? where can i find it please?

avatar

by
kshahn, 2007-06-08

Sorry, no. The source code was from the original PPC version from someone whose name I don't remember now. I built an Intel version just for me, then foolishly deleted the source.

The home page is not entropy.ch. That's someone else's similar product.

Also note that development has been stopped - it never will be compatible with Tiger.

well that's really stupid. I love BootCD, but obviously commercial sources have bootable cd's... TechTool, DiskWarrior... they all ship bootable CD's -- I don't see a reason for effectively giving up and retiring ze software. Sad day indeed.

Try using TechToolProtoGo.
That is what I do.

does it speeds up the trackpad also?

Now, this is completely useless. I have tried it (don't know why) and removed it right afterwards. Then I popped up at apple's mouse panel. I can set the same speed there. redundant imho.

For anybody complaining about how "useless" this is, I find this panel invaluable on my Powerbook. MouseZoom lets you set the speed of your mouse far beyond the maximum in Apple's control panel. I cannot stand how slow Apple's top speed is when using my trackpad on my 17" screen. This allows me to double the speed to something much more comfortable.

It can also maintain separate speeds for the trackpad and an external mouse as I find the speed I use on the trackpad is insanely fast when I plug in a mouse!

amnesiac : Yes it can speed the trackpad too
