It's not the sexiest looking Mac app there is but it'll save you mountains of space once you use it and see where all that hard drive space has gone. It helped me find out which apps where hogging all the space and could delete themes, sample music etc...
Download this. You need it; you just don't know it yet. I used the free version for the first time today, when I realized my HD was nearly full. I used it to free up a whole 5GB! Definately one of my favorite apps.

I saved loads of space with this app. Well worth the small donation. I run it on a regular basis to help keep my drive filling with unneeded stuff.
if you don't want to pay, all you have to do is get appdelete and after you've save ~50 mb of the trial, appdelete it, drag it back out of trash, and it has 50 mb left again!!!
ABSOLUTLEY USEFULL !!!!
TOP
AAA+++
Add me to the happy user list. 2.06 GB free'd up for me.
This app cleared up 2.3 GB on my hard drive! Works like magic.
I got it as part of the most recent Macheist, but it'd be well worth $12 if you're on the fence about purchasing.
Groxx: You ever noticed each update for Itunes is 250mb? It all goes into bloating that program. If you download like 4 or 5 of them, unpacked and installed it ends up making itunes 1gb, which it doesnt need to be. Programs like this remove old versions, unnecessary files, and trim seldom used ones.
Does exactly what it says, and does that very fast and without any hassle for the user. I had no problems whatsoever. A pure delight and worth every penny, especially for me on a MacBook Pro with limited harddrive space.
My machine is only two weeks old and I just cleared more than 2gb from it.
keeps EXACTLY what you need on ur mac... no extra crap... lovely app
Comment and replies on NicePlayer:
I just found this app. It is exactly what I was looking for in a movie player. Tested an Xvid avi and it works fine out the box. MKV did not work tho - I'll try the plugins. I remember when VLC used to display the movie like this - ie with no border, it is much nicer this way. I intend to use this for all my movie watching now, with VLC as backup for those obscure codecs. Looks like this'll be the next hot movie player on the mac - or maybe the first one ;)
3 Reasons to use the NicePlayer:
- frameless movie window
- the "always on top" Option
- good with subtitles
...and it's free!
It'd be so cool if there was some plugin for Safari that opened this to play a streaming quicktime video alone in it's own borderless window.
Comment and replies on Traktor DJ Studio 3:
This is really awesome. I have not has as much fun on my mac for a long time. I used DJ 1800 for a bit. It was a good way to introduce yourself to the basic concepts of mixing but Traktor knocks its socks off!

I'm far from a hardcore QS user but for launching apps and opening files/folders it's fantastico.
Can't remember the last time I touched my dock! (that's not a typo ;) )
WINDOWS USERS - For those like me who have to use Windows at work I found Colibri is a nice little app.
Couldn't imagine my Mac without it. Awesome.

Functionality of the app is great. Just something to point out. I'm color blind and cannot tell the difference between the green and amber icons at all! I have to use the other pictos that are kinda ugly :(
