Let's hope it doesn't "optimize" as well as the screenshot looks.

Suggesting adding the tag: S3 to this entry.

Leopard Leopard Leopard... I'm beginning to feel discriminated as a Tiger user.
Comments and replies on Adobe Media Player:
Everything seems to be built with that stupid AIR framwork these days.
It would be nice if these apps were clearly tagged "AIR", so that people who don't fancy these apps can steer cleer from it.
Comments and replies on Firefox:
Only thing keeping me away from using this as my main browser, is the ages it takes to start the app.
Comments and replies on LogicielMac Update:
What is the exact source that this app draws upon to retrieve its update information? I'm only curious to know, because that would presumably play a major role in the effectiveness of (yet) such an app like this.
How does it compare to the other alternatives? AppFresh, Application Update widget, MU Desktop, etc.

This is THE most impressing physics-based demonstration I've ever seen.
I don't know what to say, other than, wow. That "animal" demonstration file is very funny. I felt super sorry for it, when I inserted some fire and started shaking the screen a little bit, whereafter the poor cat got totally disintegrated... So weird. Wish I could do the same with the cats that my wife insists on keeping.
Comments and replies on Jing:
Hangs upon upload to a ftp server. Might be due to a faulty address, but Jing's behavior is pretty strange, as it gets completely stalled and I'm not able to cancel the transfer or anything. Waited 20 minutes, then quit the thing...
As for the program itself, it shows great potential. One thing missing, will be to paint on the screenshots. I don't know if it's features yet, but the possibility to send an audio file through the same upload mechanism as the screenshots/screencasts, would be great too.

I wish it could check more than one Gmail addresses... :(

Nice application, but they seriously need to revisit their icon designs.
I prefer using Automator.

"Dont try running an eBay selling business with it." ...ok.
I've been selling on eBay for 4 years now and have over 10,000 feedback between 4 eBay accounts.
I’ve been using AuctionSound for awhile and I love it. Their new integration with WorldShip just put it over the top! Now I can export all of my items paid directly into WorldShip. Now I can focus more on listing things rather than copying and pasting the addresses into WorldShip hoping I get done before my UPS driver gets here! It also updates the tracking and cost info in AuctionSound when I’m finished shipping.

Cons:
- Confuuusing interface.
- Slooow performance.
Pros:
- Awesome results.
- Nifty annotation tools, such as sequential numbering by simply clicking on items in the screenshot.
Recommendations:
- Buy it if you A) can't stand giving instructions to your Mom over telephone... or B) Have a company (say, software developer or what have you) and wish for a simple way to make quick manuals that are easy to add, edit and rearrange items in.
- If you don't have a specific need for this kind of tool, you can favorably use the old fashion way of taking screenshots and make notes in TextEdit.

Says nowhere (where I could see it, before installing) that it's an AIR application.
Comments and replies on ForkLift:
To me, as silly as it may sound, an application's icon is everything. That's why I'd like to say, I think the original icon was really much more beautiful. This one looks too dark and somewhat weird.
the best finder-replacement imo
Comments and replies on Mahjong Solitarus:
The nicest Mahjong game I've seen so far. 1 thing brings it down a smidge, and that is the monotonous music (even if it's well performed and sounds nice). Although, it's nice that they implemented en iTunes feature, so that you can pick your own music, but.

3 suggestions to make this perfect:
1.) Combine the two selection modes into one, and let use either click somewhere, to zoom in on that particular element block, or, click-and-drag for manual selection. I.e. no need to make it two separate modes.
2.) Option to zoom in directly, without the zoom in animation.
3.) As said before; show the mouse and enable window scolling as well.
Good software, waiting to get better. Has a lot of potential.
