Love this app. Its at the forefront of my new RSS / delicious obsession.
Pukka rules. I just wish I could get away from Flock so I can use it more...
Very good. Simply Amazing
Superb. Use it several times each day. Well worth the 12.95.
With Pukka bookmarking is as easy as 1,2...3
So, uh, how does this stack up to Cocoalicious?
the new version (1.6) looks great! very very lovely program. Here's a feature request: Is there a way to tell pukka to open a bookmark as an tab in safari. i would like such a feature. It's a little bit annoying to have 20+ browser windows open :-(
Pukka 1.6.3 still crashes on Leopard !
This is a nifty little application and I did use it for a week or so. However, it doesn't offer anything I can't find using the official Delicious extension for Firefox, from Yahoo! -- and the extension is free. And integrates directly with the browser in place of the standard bookmarks. Pukka requires that you use a bookmarklet and doesn't have a way to simply click on common/suggested tags for your new entry.
If you're using safari, this is probably a decent solution. If you're not using safari, the standard extension is better.

Far from perfect, but It Tries Harder. Fabulous for the price, and I love its attitude -- the manual is hilarious, and the tooltip on the Advanced button that says "Don't! You'll screw it all up!" is great.
Great app, but could be a little less buggy. And lol all those little messages are pretty funny.
Its the only Conversion tool which converts the 32kbit sound of my digicam movies (DSC P200) to 42kbit. From now on I can work on these clips in iMovie. Quicktime Pro, FFmpegX and all the others I've tried screwed up. Very useful for me!
It crashes a bit when you throw strange formats at it, but it works great most of the time. Bought it.
This app is seriously awesome. I can convert anything to DVD and burn..
Formats tried so far:
wmv
avi
mpg
bin/cue
iso
vob
video_TS directory
ANYTHING! It's a godsend.
Anyone have a comparison between this and, say, Hawkeye, or something else?
I'm a bit strange though. I don't mind using a half-dozen apps to accomplish this sort of thing.
It is also a very good DVD ripper. Can convert to H.264 at very good quality, and picture size bigger than handbrake.
I'm trying to like this app but I'm having so many problems and NONE of my questions on the support forum get answered. It's hard to recommend with such poor support.
Had an avi file I'd been trying to figure out how to burn to DVD for years. Tried everything I could think of on both the mac and PC to convert it to some format that was writable to a video DVD. No luck. Until now. VisualHub not only did the conversion, it burned the whole disc for me as well. All in one step. Indispensable.

Minimalist in all the right ways. I adore Pukka.
