Love it!!
Lineform is Macupdate's Promo deal of the day (01/05/08). 38% off...

I really enjoy this app... I picked it up quickly, and have made some beautiful graphics with it. Why use Illustrator when this does the job, even better?
I love this app, but I get the feeling it has somehow gotten into maintenance mode, because there haven't been any major improvements or developments for quite a time now. I really hope Lineform will gain a few more features with the next update.
It is quite a complete application already, but this could be the total Illustrator killer if the developer would put a bit more energy into adding useful features.

maroon,
This has now been removed (well it can be turned off, though by default it's still on):

Nice, but I hate how it hijacks the ⌘↵ key combination so that MegaZoomer no longer works.
Avoid. Keeps a cache of icons at ~/user/application support/inquisitor. Essentially makes your search history visible to anyone using spotlight. Try out Glims. It's more customisable and doesn't appear leave files on your system either.
Did use this and it was fine. But removed It and started using glims. glims is much much better
new version tries to phone home after installing process finishes
Comment and replies on Smultron:
Is awsome!!!
New great icons for the toolbar, since 3.5. Very nice, finally. ;-)
Appearance & behavior of Smultron are extremely customizable. Unlike WYSIWYG editors with pre-set buttons, you can create your own menus & shortcuts. Store code snippets & page templates that you use frequently. This makes coding so much faster. Modify the menus as your knowledge of coding grows. Edit files on a web server by connecting an ftp app to Smultron (works with Cyberduck). User manual is easy to understand. App is frequently updated. Developer responds to questions, improves app based on user feedback & suggestions.
Comment and replies on aLunch:
how do you view all the applications with the keyboard shortcut. Application wizard is sooo much better
ewkb, there is a pane in aLunch's preferences called "Hotkey". you must navigate there (click on the aLunch icon in your menubar, select "Preferences..." and then click on the "Hotkey" pane), to configure your own hotkey for the feature you speak of. after doing this, you will be able to "view all the applications with the keyboard shortcut".
Comment and replies on Limewire:
@ ewkb.....are you some kind of moron? On day release? Carers taken the day off so you thought you'd "Play on da kewl kompootah fingy"?
FYI Limewire is not Illegal....nor is it an "ill eagle".
....and this is mac not windows - unlikely to "bug" my computer then ![]()
Comment and replies on Gimp:
Gimp is so awsome!!! It's almost as good as photoshop!! Get it.
I've just installed the package from http://darwingimp.sourceforge.net
Works great! better than Gimp.app native build IMHO that looks somewhat clumsy.
Gimp along with Inkscape are great apps... I really hope someday GTK+ gets a proper OSX port to run them without X11.
