Not only does it quickly and easily do exactly what you'd expect, it's one of those apps that are LOL-inducing! You'd be hard pressed to find this sense of humour in a PC app.

I agrre with arundel. It's rare to see this sense of humour in an computer application
Just check the five levels of conversion, with the best named "Go nuts". Or the sidedrawer when you try to change the parameters. Or the Menu help, where you can find... the lyrics for The Beatles' "Help".
But, above all, iSquint does what's supposed to do and does it vey well. I use it to convert FLV files (downloaded from YouTube, Dailymotion, Google Video and other websites) to MPEG-4/H.264.
This a great piece of software. And it's free!

Correction to my previous post:
Where I wrote "agrre", please read "agree".
(Sorry...)

I use this application to convert my various videos to h.264 for better size/quality-ratio. I like the speed and easy-of use.

I did have to remove the Visual Hub nagging because it was a bit of pain, but I love the "humour".

I agree: very effective application. However, I'm not sure I'd love to see this kind of humor in all my Mac's applications.

If you get one of those new flash card video cameras - you have to have this program to get the files into an iMovie friendly format.

this thing helped me set up my iusethis profile in a snap.

nice app. but i have a problem with it, in my application folder are about 464 entries, but imakeprofile only transfer 303 of them.
it would be nice if the program mark the apps/folders which it imported in a colour, or at least mark those which it not can get identified or submitted (or at least make a textfile with those file names).
otherwise thanks for your great work!

that is how it is supposed to work. After that, it should open a browser window for you where the actually interface of the application is, and it shows you the apps you have on your computer, tho.

i used this and it appeared that all my applications were listed, but when I later clicked on my profile, only appfresh was there. Did I miss something?

A couple of apps I don't have on my computer and have never heard of came up... kinda odd, but all the rest were correct.

@bhludlow, the profile builder just lists the apps on your machine, you still need to press the iusethis button for the ones you want on your profile page.
