Seems to be a DMG for Mac on sourceforge there. Whether it's usable is another question. I'll have to give it a try!
The DMG for mac works fine. Am using a G4 with OSX10.4.
The Mac version even features a great graphical launcher; great game!
Comment and replies on Web Developer Extension:
Great tool, but not sure if this sort of thing (Firefox extensions) need to be on here...
As a web developer I find this tool indispensable.
I wish it worked on Safari too.
Agree, this isn't really an app. Although extensions might qualify in some cases I dont feel this is one of them.
well... I use it! in my opinion these addons add value to the software, like MailTags does for Apple Mail. Why not posting them here?
For me as a web developer it´s one of the killer arguments to use Firefox. Add Firebug (https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/1843) and you have the best environment to debug and analyze your sites and check css and css inheritance!
together with FireBug it makes firefox the swiss army knife of web developement #1
disable cache and resize screen are invaluable features
Comment and replies on xPad:
While I rarely use xPad these days, it once occupied a dedicated spot in my Dock. The lack of updates, new features, and some bugs that have cropped up with each release of OS X has made it lose that spot.
Still, for what it is and what it does, it's a well-designed piece of software.
I got this one free on MacZOT. No complaints so far.
Just went universal, got it on MacZOT too. Really nice app for note taking methinks.
It's good if basic. It needs search badly though...
I got it through MacZOT, and I'd say it was almost worth the money. The one thing I like about it is the simple exporting (drag a file to the desktop/another folder, and it'll export it as txt or rtf (depending on settings)). The unlimited number of categories is nice as well.
After having it for a couple months though, it still gets less use than TextEdit, unless I'm using it for storing code snippets (in which case the txt export is really handy). It's just too un-featured to be of any real use, and I'd say definitely not worth more than $5 (much less the $10 retail).
Good for some quick notes. Exports files to iPod (my shopping list for example).
Nice little note application. Fast and reliable. 4/5
the author has now released a registration code for free use
I don't think it was released in 1970 :)
I just found this gem. I hope the developer hasn't completely abandoned it, and that its new freeware status is just a sign that something better is coming.

While this will run on OS X, it's technically not available for it - download options are for Linux and Windows only.
