Rather reminds me of the file browser they used in the original Jurassic Park. Neat concept, though not something I'd really use every day.

Used to be my favorite widget(especially since you can swap out the ball for your own pictures), but yeah, sadly does not work in leopard.

In combination with PixelStick(http://osx.iusethis.com/app/pixelstick), it's the perfect combo. This is great for guides, and pixelstick is awesome for length and angles. They're very complimentary.

FreeRuler is, uh, free.

This is an app that I love to use, simply because it is just so well designed and well implemented. In a windows app, I'd loathe this app, because it's function is something that, at it's element, is not fun to do. This app does it so well, and so elegantly, I actually enjoy doing it. Congratulations, Logan, you've made something awesome. Keep on making it better.

iCal Integration and I'll love the developer forever

This is a great piece of software, most useful app for anyone in high school or college. I was satisfied with 1.0, then 2.0 blew my mind. Everything about this program reflects what an app on a mac should be: elegant and productive.

I only started using this at the beginning of my fall term. But already, I can tell the difference that it's making in the way I do my school work.

The only thing that would make this better would be if it was open source.

man i love this program if it werent for a couple bugs that just flat out crash the program when i've just set all the settings and lose it all when i save em...like adding a class then when i select a term...poof! i wish it were open source too so more developers could improve on it quicker to stabilize it :T

Hi, It's Logan, the developer. I realize there's a couple bugs that havae popped up lately, and I think it's because of the 10.4.10 update that came out, which seems to be mostly affecting Intel machines. I'm working on a fix, hopefully I can fix it soon!

Any chance of iPhone Syncing similar to what Assignment Planner has?

Excellent software. I am sure you're tired of hearing this.. but please.. consider making it open source.

I lloooovvee this program. I use it every single class day. It's excellent and I've really noticed an increase in productivity. I've turned in every single assignment I've been given because of this program. It's a constant reminder. I would donate a semester's cost if I could to the developer.

It's Logan, the developer. As far as I can tell, Schoolhouse 2 is completely compatible with Leopard. Now Schoolhouse 3...will be VERY compatible with Leopard. Hint, hint.

I loved this application its really useful for almost any student.

@Logan: I've encountered some minor bugs with Schoolhouse 2.1 in Leopard (when I scroll with the scroll-thingy on the mouse, the interface messes up) but I'm looking forward to Schoolhouse 3. When is it coming????????!!!!!!

For the Leopard bugs, I'm working on a quick update to fix some of them hopefully. As for Schoolhouse 3, it's in development right now. I've been busy with class lately, so I haven't had as much time as I would like to devote to it, but I'm still working on it.

Fantastic program! I use it for every class except calculus, where it's just to hard to do graphs, super/subscript, etc. within the notes. Love being able to keep track of weighted grades throughout the semester, love keeping track of assignments. Haven't made use of collaboration yet.

I have used a handful of other college-oriented programs and found them either lacking or overly complex. This fits my work style perfectly.

A few quirks I would like to see changed:
- for projects with multiple tasks with multiple due dates, I'd like to see reminders for each task rather than just the final due date. Maybe the functionality is there and I just haven't figured out how to use it?
- Rather than just priority, I'd like to have a column describing the type of assignment/note, i.e. HW for homework assignments, RD for reading assignments, LEC for lecture notes, TXT for textbook notes, etc.
- I'd like to see a week tracker in the calendar. Many professors keep the same syllabus term after term and don't put dates in, just the weeks. So if there is an exam on Wednesday of week 14, I'd rather see the week rather than figure it out on my own (yeah, I'm lazy...)
