I don't use this every day, but it always works for me when I need to combine/reorder/split/rotate pdf's. Great utility!

It seems buggy and not that reliable. Random errors about pdf-output occurs and I've experienced that it alters pdf-files making white borders for example.

Preview can do the same job by selecting, dragging and dropping pages between document drawers of pdf-document (apple-d in preview). Not an elegant solution, but it seems to work a bit more reliable.

Unfortunately after trying to add my first pdf document with this program it froze up.... took several minutes before my attempt to force quit it worked... even worse it effected some of the other programs that were running so after I had already quit PDFLab they continued to run buggy.

Simple yet highly functional, Vienna has shrugged off its old brushed-metal interface. RSS reading is a crowded field, but Vienna does just what I want, and I see no reason to play the field.

Version 2.2.2 has a bug in smart folders if using non ansi characters (eg: accents, umlauts), you can read about it and download a build that fixes it in the forums

Beats the pants off Endnote, and the developer is approachable and very responsive to bug reports and feature requests.

Also, it works great with Word, Mellel, Nisus, and Pages. Wow.

Hazel is like my little file elf running around inside my computer keeping my files filed and my desktop clean. Now I can focus on what I need to do, rather than worrying about keeping myself organised!

Hazel quietly sits there, moving movie files from my downloads directory to one place, my music files to another, then it runs scripts to rename the files and finally it changes the label colour or imports the file into iTunes and sends me a notification via growl.

I spent around ten minutes setting up rules and, so far, it's saved me hours. As with all my favourite programs, the biggest compliment I can give is that I forget it's there. Hazel quietly sits there, making my life easier.

The update is really nice. Lots of new possibilities with rules. Also, now it gives you the option of removing an application's associated files (preferences and support folder) when you drag the application to the trash.

My desktop is cleaner and my documents are better organized. Thanks, Hazel.
