kotrl: ICeCoffEE shouldn't affect launch times much at all. On slower machines you may notice a delay when you pop up a contextual menu the first time in a given app; this is when ICeCoffEE builds the menu. Subsequent times should be speedier.

No, it's not, and that's the point of Menu Master - in nearly any menu you can set a keyboard equivalent in about a second. If you'd rather spend 5 minutes, feel free to not use it.
