Great little app for converting video files to iPod format; it's converted pretty much everything I've thrown at it, including wmv and flv files.
Someone really should change the description to include the fact that this also does music, and the rest of it's great features. I was nearly turned of this app, as from the description it sounded like just another video converter.

Wicked App.
I have used this program almost from when it first came out, I love it. I have built 34 sites with it..easy..simple and the support forum is OUTSTANDING. I have yet to find another software app that has the same kind of support as REALMAC does.
brilliant! my first site creations and i'm floored by how good and smart this app makes me look! bravo
Very good app - simple yet extensible. Lots of very slick themes and useful plug-ins. Fantastic support forum, full of nice and helpful people...
And the price... very affordable.
Great piece of software - one more reason to ditch that old PC for a shiny new Mac. :)
It's great but not as powerful as WordPress....
I recently switched from iBlog to Rapidweaver and wished I had years ago (literally).
Great app, great support, great results.
As someone else mentioned, it's not WordPress-powerful, but it's a strong app with lots of 3rd party expansion.
I got RapidWeaver as part of a MacZOT offer (I must admit I probably wouldn't have downloaded under normal circumstances). I build web sites professionally and was blown away by the results and ease of use. This is definitely something I would consider recommending to some smaller clients who will end up adding their own content. As soon as I have the spare time I'll look at how to build templates.

RapidWeaver is nice, certainly, but why are they charging $25 for a point update (3.5.1 to 3.6)? I certainly don't want to buy a product if I need to pay a 50% upgrade fee for every minor point upgrade...
darylf2,
1) this is a big update, not a "minor point upgrade."
2) they have NEVER charged for an upgrade before.
teddy, that makes me feel better about them. I wonder why they didn't go with a version number of 4.0, though? 3.6 seems a little odd if its a major upgrade.
So ALL previous upgrades, 1.x through 3.5.x, were free? WOW! That's really nice, and very impressive. I'll definitely reconsider buying this upgrade.
Thanks for the info!
My searching for a textbook for using Rapid Weaver have been unavailing.
Am I missing something ?
Took a little while here to get used to the features, but things will speed up once one has some idea of what the templates could do and how the themes work on them. It's a slight nuisance that the code view is read-only, but one could just pop open an external editor when needed. Live PHP rendering is another plus. Very user-friendly overall.
flash1296 -- maybe this could help?
Version 4.0 now available as of 29th May 2008, however it requires 10.5 Leopard. Don't worry Tiger users, version 3.6 will continue to be supported.

This is a MUSt have app for Mac.
Scripts can be anything unix or AppleScript.
Indeed. Unlike widgets, it's light on both CPU and GPU.
