A message from the developer site of PDFView:
"PDFView is no longer in development. Thanks to all the people who supported it, but I have no time any more. You may wanna try Skim as a replacement/improvement."

Great and solid application. I depend on Newsletter for all my mailings.
I just wish for more updates... I hope that it's going to be updated to work with Leopard...

great app, but there's a memory leak. it starts up at just under 6MB, but eventually climbs up to 26MB.

doesn't display time properly if you change your menubar clock to a custom display (ex. Fri 25 May 15:44). alarm clock window is not resizable so it only shows 'Fri 25 May 15:...')

This is quite simply the best alarm clock on the market. I've used and tested all the other software alarm clocks on the market, and this one is the simplest and by far the most stable. I've been using it for over 6 months now, and it hasn't failed me once. The application does exactly what you want it to do, and no more. I've become so used to it running in my tray that I sometimes forget it didn't come installed with the OS.

And in response to sensei's comments below:
When you hack your TIME (as in 12:02, and not the date) settings of the OS, of course you're going to screw up applications! What did you think was going to happen. Why would developers expect a date to be displayed in the time only settings? The application is internationalized (over 15 languages), it must rely on the user defined settings in order to properly display the date and time.

And also, I always have the application running, and it does NOT have a memory leak. I'm a system administrator, and I keep an eye on my activity monitor a lot. I'm guessing you simply don't have a full understanding of how OS X manages memory.

Got to say I never understood why some developers title their apps with the version number... I mean, the app is the app, and the version number is the version number.

Use to use this all the time. Great app. The easy wake up is so nice to get up to! Unfortunaley my computer is no longer near my bed, and I now have to wake up to an annoying beep-beeb alarm. It drives me mad!

If this was donationware I would use it... but $29...
I'm putting all my tasks on iGTD. It's donationware, and it's growing fast... did I metion... it's donationware? ;-)

Actiontastic offers a much better deal and more effective model, IMO.

Have to agree with the other posters. $29 is way to expensive for this app. There are better freeware apps that do the same thing.

Great start!
Very useful and very simple to use.
I'll keep an eye for the evolution of iGTD.

thanks!

The world's a better place with people like Bartek. Really responsive to feedback on the app - and a great app it is too. I'm sure there are many more good things to come.

Very promising start.
The icons could be nicer.
Overall usability could be better, but keyboard support is good.
Now with plugin for Quicksilver.
Sync with mobile devices and iCal.

Just gave iGTD a shot after reading the comments here, and what can I say? It rocks. Great little app, I hope it won’t get more complicated with time but stays focussed on, ahaha, the task.

i switched back to the version before, because the icons at the moment are distracting the focus i'm searching with a GTD application. perhaps i may chose if to you or not at a later point though.

The new dock icon is a little large (noticeably larger than the other icons in my dock) but it is a cool GTD app.

Maybe I just don't understand it, but the whole GTD thing seems like a glorified todo list...

I’ve been using iGTD for some time now, and it is by far the best GTD application I’ve given a swirl. Fast, easy to use, to the point, not overloaded with features I don’t need anyway. Works very well in conjunction with Journeler (for resource keeping), too!

I really dig this app, but the latest version (1.4.3.2) corrupted my task database...! Proceed with caution until I get confirmation that this is fixed!
