Comment and replies on 1Password:
I can't imagine my mac without this great application. It's stable, easy to use and last but not least: it looks great! Also, the multi-browser support is just awesome!
1Passwd is the best password management on the market and Agile Web Solutions customer support is reliable and lightning fast. They quickly responded to my e-mail and were kind and helpful!
Highly recommended!
We live in a world where nearly every website you visit wants you to create a user account and password when you do business with them. This can get out of hand quick and when some time has elapsed between visits, you start trying to figure out what password you used.
Step in 1Passwd, an absolutely wonderful program. It adds a file to each of your web browsers and keeps track of the online forms you fill in along with passwords you use. This is all done in the background and seamless to you.
Later when you revisit the website, the information is literally a click away to fill in forms, passwords, credit card info, etc. 1Passwd can also auto generate a password for you if you so desire when filling in a web form...nice.
Dave, one of the co-creators of the software is extremely helpful and responds to any email you send quickly.
I highly recommend this program and promise that you will not be disappointed.
I'm loving 1Password -- after trying it out for a few hours, I didn't blink at the registration fee. It solved the problem for me that for some reason I periodically seemed to lose all my saved passwords in Firefox. It's also great to have all my passwords available across browsers too -- saves repetitive logging in to sites.
The integration with the browser is surprisingly good too -- it puts a little "1P" button in the browser toolbar, no matter what browser you're using, and they added in 'basic authentication' support into the latest version which means if you get one of those popup dialogues caused by a webserver with .htaccess password protection, 1Passwd can fill the correct username/pass in there too.
I have it setup so that Firefox no longer remembers passwords, and they all come from 1Passwd instead. That's SIGNIFICANTLY more secure than having Firefox fill them in, because they're stored on your hard disk in plain text... incredibly risky if you lost your laptop, for example (that's my constant fear). 1Passwd locks the keychain each time I sleep my machine, so that I just have to enter in a master password once each time I unsleep. (Firefox has similar functionality built in, but then you lose the benefit of having all your passwords available across multiple browsers.)
Now "all" I want is a Windows version that I can use at work, plus secure internet synchronisation of the passwords ;-) Come on 1Passwd guys, pony up! ;-)
Great application. I use it daily and I let it manage all of my passwords. The passwords generator is amazing and lets me create extremely secure passwords (which I don't even have to remember!).
I'm too afraid to use the password generator personally. If the 1Passwd database becomes corrupt, then I won't know any of my own passwords to the hundreds of websites I use!
1Passwd makes daily backups. At least from what I can see.
1Passwd, works great, they also reply back to emails quickly and releases quick updates to keep up with all the browser changes.
1Passwd actually keeps 62 backups - twice a day for the past month (31 days). This doesn't take up much space, but is certainly helpful for those concerned wtih losing your passwords. Just backup these backups to an external drive or server for complete protection (of course this can be done automatically using Automator).
Great browser integration... I fell in love with it in about 30 minutes. It's helping me to keep track of all my pesky SNS login information.
This is possibly the single most useful program on my mac. Hands down. As stated by others, the service from the developer is phenomenal as well. Highly recommended.
I really don't know, what exactly 1Password does, but it does it well.
I love the fact, that it uses the apple keychain. Can't wait to fill in the first web-form with Information.
So far, one of the best purchases I ever made.
Definitely worth each cent. A really good investment. Just missing a counterpart for Windows™ - would be great to share these account data through multiple systems.

[NEW] Added menu commands for all features.
[NEW] Added new toolbar items.
[NEW] Items can now be deleted by dragging into the Trash folder.
[CHANGED] Improved look and feel of the main window.
[CHANGED] Changed section icons.
[CHANGED] Significant application performance improvements.
[CHANGED] Improved Fill with Identity feature.

[CHANGED] All generated passwords are now kept in the keychain (removed 100 last generated password limit).
[CHANGED] Improved Autosave to only prompt when there is no other web form with the same username and password.
[CHANGED] Changed to use the same set of folders for all object types.
[CHANGED] Replaced "Export as Property List" with "Export as a Web Page".
Known Issues:
- Export to iPhone becomes very slow when there are more than a few hundred items. When there are too many items decryption will sometimes fail.
- Firefox is missing Fill with Wallet and the Use Identity does not always work properly.
- Web forms listed in the Restore Form menu are not sorted by match strength.
New BETA supports valid from dates in Creditcards - fantastic.
Now sync with a Blackberry!

I've use 1Passwd for a few months and it's a dream!
Here's a mini-review I wrote a while back:
We all have usernames and passwords that are used for online registrations, contests, and banking. Yet if one were to have a countless array of log/pass info it would be tedious to go into any password database software to look it up then still enter it by copy/paste back at the browser (unless one were to have their browser remember this information, which may be unsafe if there are other users with access to the same browser or computer). After demoing 1Passwd I can say this this is one software that is worth EVERY PENNY the developers ask for...
Utilizing only one master password you set up in the beginning, 1Passwd will remember all your information for logging into various sites, even multiple accounts for a site, but it does one better. It can actually prevent information from being entered into phishing sites (those sites that look and act EXACTLY like your bank or online store, but have a different URL which most users don't notice). If you are registering at a site 1Passwd also can create/save the password for you. It can save and restore online forms, including pull down menus and radio buttons (until a further update, Safari at this time has a bit of a problem working with 1Passwd regarding radio buttons). And because 1Passwd fills in all information for you, this can defeat any keylogging software (which can record your keystrokes) that may be present.
I've used 1Passwd for a long while now and it has helped a lot! I've tested it with a Paypal phishing email I received and 1Passwd actually recognized that the questionable site was NOT the site it knows. This software is best for the most paranoid (and being the neurotic son of a paranoid police officer it's a software he'll be proud to know I'm using!) The best results for defense against the internet evils is to reset Safari, or any browser, and to NOT allow them to remember ANY passwords or any other typed/pasted information. Information is accessed through a convenient added icon in your browser, which will remember the site and show whether there is information to be entered, for which all you have to remember is that one master password you set up in the beginning. If you'd like you can also set 1Passwd to submit the page automatically after the information has been entered. There are many other features and options that would take me pages to write.
If you're looking for a perfectly organized way of keeping track of your internet information and at the same time not having to be careful all the time, just buy 1Passwd. I've used MANY pass/log database softwares and 1Passwd beats them all hands down.
