I like this a lot, it is indeed easier to use than any other dashboard timer I've tried. I prefer the (much?) older version where there is a list of default sounds to be chosen from. Now, if I could have that with an option to play any old thing, that would be even better.

I used this for a long time, but I have just switched to Time Out, which doesn't have the problem with not returning focus to whatever app I was using before the break kicked in. I also rather like having breaks fade in, rather than just "blammo! Break now!" as AntiRSI does.

except that it misses or "forgets" breaks on Leopard. I've gone a full 5 hours with anti-rsi running, and no prompt whatsoever.

Yep, works like a charm. Detects idle moments automatically.

If you're having trouble with AntiRSI (Leopard compatibility, bringing apps to front, etc.) try my version at http://web.sabi.net/nriley/software/#antirsi - it fixes these problems and more.

Micro Breaks work now in Leopard. An awesome program, it has completely supplanted AntiRSI on my machine after about 20 minutes fiddling with it.

Worked for me on Leopard, but I actually preferred AntiRSI over Time Out (tested both for a day).
