Safari, you've finally come of age.
I was a hardcore Camino user for the past couple of years because the version of Safari/WebKit that shipped with Tiger really sucked. But the page rendering and compatibility in Safari 3.0.x has improved by leaps and bounds, and the way you can drag tabs to reorder them or even drag them between windows is really nice. It sometimes stops interpreting my middle-clicks as "open link in new tab", but other than that it's pretty good. I haven't noticed any serious memory leaks so far.
Camino's going to have to play catch-up now. I still keep it on reserve for complicated Ajax sites like Google pages, but Safari has reclaimed its place as my primary browser.

halleck commented on Smultron better icons
The default icons for smultron are oddly shaped/colored and not very good metaphors, thanks for this! Much more Mac OS-like.

halleck commented on SubEthaEdit
I've finally given up SubEthaEdit in favor of Smultron. 1.x was getting dusty and as a person who rarely codes, I don't feel like paying $30 for a text editor. I do miss how good SEE was at automatic syntax coloring, but Smultron and even VIM do the same with a little nudging.

Senuti = ituneS in reverse!
It's a great and simple program that lets you do what iTunes won't- pull files off your iPod.
I used it to back up all 15 Gigs of my Gen. 3 iPod and it did a fair job - although a few albums seem to be missing. As for pulling off just a few songs at a time, it's always fast and reliable.
And it's free software! Power to the people.
