First off, Woopra is in a closed beta right now, so sure you can sign up to the service, but you won't be able to monitor your website until the Woopra folks approve you into the beta program.
Second, it's very unlikely that Woopra will be free when it is opened to the general public.
I really love "i use this", but I'm starting to get really annoyed with the lack of moderation of added software to the site. Is there no one that moderates added applications to make sure that they are legit?

Just read it. I see nothing in there that states that programs in private Beta are OK to put up on the site. I did read that this is a way of "rating" a piece of software via the number of people using that software. It's kind of hard for a program like Woopra to be rated high if it's in private beta now isn't it.
I stand behind my original comment. Until a program is available to the general public, a program should not be in this system. Now, if Arne and Marcus want to add keywords into their system that lets people know that an entry is in private beta and that the license has not been determined yet, then I would say go for it.
In fact, I added a problem entry to this i use this entry when I posted my first comment suggesting such for programs that are in private beta.
I use the program myself and love it. However, I am not going to add it to a site like this until its at least out of private beta. My understanding is that Woopra will be something that folks have to pay for. My guess is that it will be a subscription model. The license here doesn't reflect this at all, so it gives a false reading on the program. If I didn't know better, I would be really excited about such a program and attempt to get it only to be disappointed that I can't. Hence the reason it shouldn't be listed here yet.
