BibDesk is a graphical BibTeX-bibliography manager for Mac OS X. BibDesk is designed to help organize and use bibliographic databases in BibTeX .bib format. A Mac OS X dashboard widget that displays a cloud of your del.icio.us (delicious) tags. Once you've configured the widget with your del.icio.us username and password, it will retrieve all your tags and arrange them in the cloud. The cloud increases the visibility of your most popular tags by growing their font size and darkening their color. Clicking on a tag opens a side slider that contains all the links associated with that tag. Clicking on the link, in the slider, auto-magically opens your browser to that web-page.

AppFresh can capture the installed version of an application along with your preferences and application data and store it in a safe place. This way, you're covered in case you decide you liked the last version of an application better. Create as many snapshots as you want to make sure you don't lose anything.

Clutter
Clutter is a small Mac OS X application that lets you put music CDs on your desktop. You can drag them anywhere -- they're really windows. Line them up neatly or put them in piles, it's your choice. FUGU
Fugu is a graphical frontend to the commandline Secure File Transfer application (SFTP). SFTP is similar to FTP, but unlike FTP, the entire session is encrypted, meaning no passwords are sent in cleartext form, and is thus much less vulnerable to third-party interception.
Fugu allows you to take advantage of SFTP's security without having to sacrifice the ease of use found in a GUI.
