HierarchicalDock

HierarchicalDock gives you hierarchical menu navigation of folders sitting in your Dock. As of Mac OS X 10.5, Leopard doesn't support going through more than 1 folder deep for stacks in your Dock. HierarchicalDock makes it easier to navigate multiple folders deep with a simple click-and-hold.

Audacity
Audacity is a free audio recorder/editor/mixer. You can record sounds, play sounds, import and export WAV, AIFF, and MP3 files, and more. CamiTools
The must have preference editor for Camino. Start finding as you type without keying "/", debugging tools, ad blocking, and more.
Note: The author recommends AGAINST using with Camino 1.5 and later, but most of its functionality remains. However, other camino plugins are close to reaching feature parity with CamiTools, so look elsewhere for now.

Google SketchUp
SketchUp is a fast and simple 3D modeling program. You can use it to model simple objects, like your house. You can use textures and colors, too. After Google aquired SketchUp, they came out whit this free version. It is still not universal, but works well in Rosetta. You can export to 2D images or directly into Google Earth. Google also has a 3D Wharehouse where you can upload your models and download the other user's.

HandBrake is a GPL'd multiplatform, multithreaded DVD to MPEG-4 ripper/converter. HandBrake was originally available on the BeOS, but now has been ported over to MacOS X and to GNU/Linux. A Windows port is being worked on.
