AppCleaner

Presentation
AppCleaner is a small application which allows you to completely and properly uninstall unwanted apps.
It isn't, in fact, sufficient to just delete an application. Installing an application distributes many files throughout your System using space of your Hard Drive unnecessarily.
AppCleaner can find all these small files and safely delete them.
The toolbar has the following useful features.
Drop an application onto the AppCleaner icon and AppCleaner searches for the related files and then by clicking the red cross it deletes them.
If you change your mind, just click on the green arrow back button.
The "Applications" button shows all the applications installed on your system. You can select them and then click on the magnifying glass search button. AppCleaner will search for the related files of the selected applications and delete them, too.
The "Widgets" button shows all the installed widgets and the "Others" button displays all the installed Preference Panes, Plugins and Screen Savers.

If you have an user profile at iusethis.com you can manage it from within AppFresh and control which applications appear in your profile, even automatically. We can only recommend you sign up, it's free and lets you see how many users use a certain application. In AppFresh, the full iusethis.com application page with comments and links to similar apps is always just a click away.
AppFresh can capture the installed version of an application along with your preferences and application data and store it in a safe place. This way, you're covered in case you decide you liked the last version of an application better. Create as many snapshots as you want to make sure you don't lose anything.
AppFresh is currently work in progress, and we're not even calling it a beta. Make sure to check our development blog regularly. You are welcome to leave your feedback or suggestions for improvements there.

Coda

So, we code web sites by hand. And one day, it hit us: our web workflow was wonky. We’d have our text editor open, with Transmit open to save files to the server. We’d be previewing in Safari, running queries in Terminal, using a CSS editor, and reading references on the web. “This could be easier,” we realized. “And much cooler.”

Xslimmer

Xslimmer reduces the disk space taken up by Universal Binary applications preserving just the Intel or PowerPC version.
Xslimmer is a new and user-friendly way to size down your Universal Binary apps, without losing any of their functionality by removing the code inside the Universal Binaries that does not fit with your machine's architecture, a code that never gets executed and just wastes your disk space.

Fluid
Are you a Gmail, Facebook, Campfire or (Insert Your Favorite Webapp Here) fanatic? Do you have 20 or more browser tabs open at all times? Are you tired of some random site or Flash ad crashing your browser and causing you to lose your (say) Google Spreadsheets data in another tab?
If so, Site Specific Browsers (SSBs) provide a great solution for your webapp woes. Using Fluid, you can create SSBs to run each of your favorite webapps as a separate desktop application. Fluid gives any webapp a home on your Mac OS X desktop complete with Dock icon, standard menu bar, and logical separation from your other web browsing activity.
How does it work?
Fluid itself is a very small application. When launched, Fluid displays a small window where you specify the URL of a webapp you'd like to run in a Site Specific Browser. Provide an application name, click 'Create' and you'll be prompted to launch the new native Mac app you've just created.
Use Fluid to run YouTube, GTalk, Flickr, Basecamp, Delicious, .Mac webmail, or any other webapp as a separate Mac desktop application.
Anytime you click a link to another site in an SSB, the link is opened in your system default web browser, keeping your SSB dedicated to the original site you've specified.

I [the developer] am also really hoping FontDoc will be rendered obsolete by something in a future version of Font Book. But until then, it's yours, dear denizens of Macdom.

Ping
If you deal with PNG files, you need this app.
PNG is a great format. It's lossless, patent-free, open, and supported by all sorts of stuff. It's great for screenshots, line drawings, and anything that needs to look good. Unfortunately, many programs which save to PNG format do a horrible job of it. Adobe Photoshop is one of the worst offenders, creating PNG files many times the size they should be. So we created Ping. To use it, simply drop a PNG file on it. Ping will then optimize the file, often reducing its size to a mere fraction of the original.
Ping works by optimizing a variety of aspects of the PNG format (palette, compression parameters, IDAT chunks, etc.) but it does not remove any image information from the file. Since PNG is a lossless format, it certainly wouldn't make sense to throw away information.
Unlike similar utilities, Ping is a Universal Binary. Not only that, but we've optimized OptiPNG (the technology that powers Ping) for the latest Intel chips -- taking advantage of all the cool (at least to us geeks) features that are at the heart of Apple's latest and greatest computers.

Urban Terror
"Where Quake meets reality" is the motto the developers of Urban Terror have adopted. While many mods these days tend to focus on realistic game play, Urban Terror takes a "fun over realism" approach to the FPS arena.
As with Quake III Arena, gamers want speed, they do not want to feel bogged down by weapons and gear, but feel they can get down a street and take cover while under heavy fire or the wizzing of a sniper's bullet. Unless of course that sniper is dialed in, then kiss your ass goodbye.
Urban Terror combined the speed of Quake and combines a realism based theme to create the mod we have been developing since 2000. The mod has been met with great success over the years, featured in magazines across the world, debuted and demoed at Quakecon in 2000-2002 and supported by gaming leagues worldwide.
Note:
- for Intel Macs, the freeware version based off of the icculus.org Quake 3 build (ioUrbanTerror 1.0) must be used; Punkbuster is unavailable for this version.- the screenshot used here is from an earlier version of this game on Linux.
- apparently, for now, bot support has been dropped from this version.

VMware Fusion is the most seamless way to run Window on your Intel-based Mac. VMware Fusion allows you to run more than 60 ×86 operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, NetWare and Solaris, in virtual machines at the same time as Mac OS X, without rebooting.
VMware Fusion is built on VMware's rock-solid and advanced desktop virtualization platform that is used by over four million users today.
It's mature virtualization platform makes it the only virtualization product for Mac OS X that allows for SMP virtual machines (up to 2 cores assigned to a virtual machine), up to 8 GB of memory in a virtual machine, and allows you to use the full 16 GB available in a Mac Pro.

Widget Manager is a convenient way to manage all the Widgets on your system, including the standard Apple Widgets. Since it handles removing the .wdgt file as well as restarting Dashboard, Widget Manager eliminates Dashboard display issues when you remove a Widget by hand, and is also a great defense against potentially harmful Widgets."
