You can use the Grab application to take a picture of all or part of your computer screen. These pictures are often called "screen shots" or "screen captures."
Open Grab (located in /Applications/Utilities) and choose a command from the Capture menu.
Selection takes a picture of a part of the screen that you select.Window takes a picture of a window you select.
Screen takes a picture of the entire screen.
Timed Screen lets you start a timer and activate part of the screen (such as a menu), and then takes a picture of the screen.
Follow the instructions in the dialog for the command you chose.
To see information about a screen shot you've taken, such as the size and depth, choose Edit > Inspector.To save a screen shot, choose File > Save. Grab saves screen shots as files in TIFF format. You can use the Preview application to view these files and export them to other formats, such as JPEG.

DVDBackup
DVDBackup is intended to let you exercise your "fair use" rights under copyright law to either "time-shift" or "space-shift" DVD content which you may have purchased legitimately. An example of time-shifting would be to temporarily store the data from a DVD you rented so as to watch it at a later time after you have returned the disc (and avoided late fees!).

Turtle Minesweeper
Turtle Minesweeper is yet another clone of Windows Minesweeper. TurtleSoft are fans of the Windows minesweeper game and when a Mac version, as good as the Windows one could not be found, we decided to write our own using REALbasic.
Turtle Minesweeper has similar game play options to Windows version. Version 1.1 introduces a new custom game, allowing four types of game:
Beginner - 8 × 8 field with 10 mines to find
Intermediate - 16 × 16 field with 40 mines to find
Advanced - 30 × 16 field with 99 mines to find
Custom - you specify the size and the number of mines to find
Turtle Minesweeper 1.1 includes a number of enhancements from the original game, including:Running natively in Mac OS X as a Carbon application (Classic version is also available)
Auto Complete, which automatically marks squares that are mined when all un-mined squares have been uncovered
