AppTrap
Uninstalling on Mac OS X; let's solve it once and for all!
What can be considered the exact opposite of dragging an application to the Applications folder? Opening another application, dragging the unwanted application to that application, clicking a button, clicking another button, quitting? Nope!
The exact opposite would have to be... dragging the application to the trash. Ah, there you go! This is exactly what AppTrap does. Whenever you drag an application to the trash, a dialog window will pop up, asking if you want to delete the associated system files too. Simple as that.
AppTrap is a completely free utility for uninstalling applications on Mac OS X.

yFlicks is a movie player based on Mac OS X's QuickTime Framework. But it's much more than that: yFlicks comprises a wide range of functionality, which previously required a slew of task-specific applications.
Most importantly, you can watch your movies just like you used to do with QuickTime Player. But in addition to that, yFlicks offers the ability to play videos in fullscreen mode, organize your videos in groups, search them, rate them, and browse them in preview mode.
Furthermore, you can easily download YouTube/Google/MyVideo videos, view them as flash videos (requires the excellent free Perian codec), and export them to other movie formats — e.g., for viewing them on your iPod.

Zattoo
Zattoo is a proprietary peer-to-peer Internet Protocol Television system ("P2PTV") with current focus on European channels. The service is available only in some European countries. Zattoo detects your country by your computer’s IP address, so you cannot choose which set of channels you want to watch, you only get the channels that are defined for your country.
Note that the service may not be free everywhere (e.g. Spain) and not all services are free (e.g. "HD" TV).
