Although Apple's World Clock is beautiful, not everyone's a fan of analog clocks -- they take up more space and, well, they're just not as instant to read as a digital clock. So Mat Schaffer wrote this. The look and feel was done by Gabriel Radic.
It can view other time zones by setting GMT offset and a DST preference (North American, European, or none). The DST code was adapted from Offworld Time, a Konfabulator widget.
The widget can be shown in normal or mini-mode and has storage and retrieval of previous settings.
